I am getting into so much trouble/fun out here on the road by myself. I can’t believe I was nervous about touring alone. It is THE BEST, I CAN PEE WHENEVER I want and SLEEP WHEREVER I want (except in parking lots, because unfortunately that is not that safe for somebody like me, traveling alone) and do WHATEVER I WANT forever for four more days. And every person I meet is a gem.

While everyone is SXSW touring, I was supposed to fly to MN for NACA Northern Plains …But at the last minute I remembered that I hate flying decided to drive and try to find shows. And GUESS WHAT? It’s really nice that people have been putting together last minute house shows (like, emailing us in the morning and putting together a whole show in a day) for us in their cities, kind of warms my frigid heart
